DESCRIPTION:
Our transparent soap base is easy to use. Just melt, customize with your favorite colors and scents, and pour into a mold.
INSTRUCTION:
Cut the base into small pieces. Place into double boiler to heat soap base until melted. You can also heating in the microwave until melted, but color may change cause of over heating or high temperature. Important noted if you are melting in a microwave please be careful and keep an eye on the soap as it can bubble over the container.
Add fragrance, color or soap additives and pour into molds.
Melt and Pour Soap bases usually require less fragrance and essential oils than your Cold process soap does. However, as a general guide the following is useful for safety.
When using Melt & Pour Soap Base we recommend that you use 1 – 1.5% of fragrance/essential oils for the weight of the soap. We have found that this amount gives the perfect fragrance balance. Maximum scent load for soap is 2.5% for safety.
STORAGE:
Let the soap fully harden and cool for 4 to 24 hours. When your soap become harden, covering by PE food film. Keeping in cool place, avoiding humid and hot place.
